Chaminda Jayasekera (CJ), has recognized himself as a photographer when he was a teenager. Somehow he started his career as a banker and currently wears many hats in a leading bank in Sri Lanka. Even tough he is running on a very busy schedule, he never forgets his childhood hobby, i.e. photography. As a result of that the website of CJ, came online as the srilankaphotography.com. CJ, Studied at Royal College, and was an active member of the college photography club. He has completed many studies on photography and is thinking of mastering it further to be established in the industry as a freelance photographer.

The photographs of CJ were published in many weekly magazines and weekend newspapers in Sri Lanka, therefore he is not a stranger to the photography industry in this small miracle island, Sri Lanka.

CJ's main idea of starting the srilankaphotography.com is to share the experiences and the knowledge of his with the photography loving community in Sri Lanka. Also it is the place to see special photographs of Sri Lanka, Buddhism, Nature and Wildlife of Sri Lanka. There will be many portraits which were taken by CJ on the site, which you can enjoy. Where ever he goes, CJ is carrying his Canon 50D camera which his father gifted him. CJ believes in what he does and would love to share the knowledge he has with anyone who is interested in photography.
